Place an order in an online store
Choose Smartmile as a pick up point from the pick up options menu
You will receive a pick up code as soon as your parcel is delivered to the parcel machine
Pick up your parcel from the Smartmile parcel machine

Return

Attach a return label to your parcel
Visit a Smartmile locker of your choice, scan your parcel and choose the locker size according to the size of you parcel
Close the locker door and you are set to go

Send

Attach your sending label to your parcel that includes the sender’s name, address, mobile phone number and the receiver’s name and address
Visit a Smartmile locker of your choice, scan the label or type the sending code, and choose the locker size. The maximum measurements are 58 x 36 x 61 cm and 31 kg
Close the locker door and you are set to go. If you want to track your parcel, write down the tracking code on the sending label
