Ophalen
- Plaats een bestelling in een online webwinkel
- Selecteer de dichtstbijzijnde Smartmile locatie als afleveradres
- Je ontvangt een afhaalbericht via email of sms zodra jouw pakket bezorgd is in de Smartmile pakketautomaat
- Haal je pakket op wanneer het jou het beste uitkomt
Terugsturen
- Bevestig een retourlabel op uw pakket
- Ga naar de dichtstbijzijnde Smartmile pakketautomaat, scan je retourlabel en kies de juiste vakgrootte voor uw pakket
- Leg uw pakket in het vakje, sluit het deurtje en uw pakket zal worden opgehaald
Verzenden
- Bevestig het verzendlabel op uw pakket met de naam en het adres van de ontvanger en de naam, het adres en het telefoonnummer van de afzender
- Ga naar de dichtstbijzijnde Smartmile pakketautomaat, scan je verzendlabel en kies de juiste vakgrootte voor uw pakket. De maximale afmetingen zijn 58 x 36 x 61 cm en het maximale gewicht is 31 kilo
- Leg uw pakket in het vakje, sluit het deurtje en uw pakket zal worden opgehaald
